  • Pay Rate is up to $19/hr based on experience
  • Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • Process verbal and written inquiries.

  • Prepare quotations and proposals within required time frame.

  • Probe the customer to determine what is needed to get the order, i.e., delivery, price and offer alternates that meet customer requirements.

  • Respond to customer or field sales requests for general product information.

  • Review customer orders for compliance with quotations, commercial terms and pricing.

  • Enter, print and distribute orders.

  • Close the sale (Get the order).

  • Understand the company's price and discount schedules and distributor/sales representative programs.

Job Requirements for Inside Sales Coordinator:

  • Inside Sales experience.
  • Associate degree in a business, communication or marketing or equivalent experience
  • Proven skills with Microsoft Office products (Word and Excel as a minimum).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
