  • Schedule:
    • Various shifts between 7 AM and 11:30 PM
    • 30 hours or 40 hours a week
  • Full and Part Time positions open
  • Pay Rate: $12/hr
  • Contract with potential to be hired

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • High volume inbound call center
  • Answer phone calls, take messages and/or provide information to callers
  • Work with other employees in a team environment
  • Interact with callers regarding any issues or complaints to ensure that they are addressed appropriately
  • Maintain client information and confidentiality

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a high volume call center a plus
  • Must type 35 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
