PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for 2nd shift Inbound Customer Service Reps in Media, PA! We have multiple openings available!


  • Schedules:
    • Thursday to Monday - 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am (midnight)
    • Friday to Tuesday - 3pm to 11pm or 4pm to 12am (midnight)
  • Pay Rate: $13/hr
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities for Inbound Call Center Representatives:

  • High volume inbound call center
  • Answer phone calls, take messages and/or provide information to callers
  • Work with other employees in a team environment
  • Interact with callers regarding any issues or complaints to ensure that they are addressed appropriately
  • Maintain client information and confidentiality

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a high volume call center a plus
  • Must type 35 WPM
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
