Job Responsibilities & Description for Paralegal:

  • Responsible for a variety of employment based immigration matters for multinational clients.
  • Work with attorneys, and other staff members to establish eligibility for a variety of professionals.
  • Provide guidance throughout the entire immigration process.
  • Account for drafts and manage time lines to ensure the process remains compliant.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Firm grasp on the process for Business Immigration/Perm Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Exceptional Data Entry and Computer Skills
  • Bachelors Degree
  • At least 2 years of varied immigration experience
