Job Details for Production Worker:

  • Schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the next week and you know your schedule for the entire year! 1st shift (6 AM - 6 PM) and 3rd shift (6 PM - 6 AM)
  • Pay Rate: $13.75 - $14.85/hour
  • Monthly Attendance Bonus!
  • Full-time, contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Production Worker:

  • Assemble, finish, and prepare product to be shipped to the customer
  • Perform all job duties affiliated with the General Production role
  • Operate machinery needed to manufacture product
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Will-be cross-trained to perform other job duties as needed

Job Requirements for Production Worker:

  • Must have a HS Diploma or GED
  • Must have reliable transportation to Morgantown
  • Must be willing to learn on the job
  • Must be open to being cross-trained in multiple departments
