Job Details for Billing Assistant:

  • Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm
  • Pay Rate: $15.00
  • Temp (6 month temp, maybe longer or possibly perm)

Job Responsibilities & Description Billing Assistant:

  • Matching expenses to invoices. Helping populate spreadsheets. Data entry - helping with revenue accrual.
  • Gather time sheets and expenses to support invoices sent to customers. Assist in preparing invoices to be sent to customers.
  • Month end data entry into accounting system for revenue recognition.

Job Requirements Billing Assistant:

  • Looking for someone that has the capacity to be full time employment
  • Must have strong Excel skills and very strong attention to detail.
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Previous billing experience is helpful
