Job Details for Customer Experience Agent:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 5:00pm
  • Pay Rate: $15-17.00 per hour, based on experience

The Customer Experience Agent is the first line of communication between our organization and our clients. The reps are focused on finding outside of the box solutions for our organization and clients.

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Experience Agent:

  • Interact with Customers via phone and email to provide information and assistance
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service
  • Process transactions and reply to inquires about products and services
  • Record customer interactions, details or inquiries, complaints, or comments as well as actions taken
  • Use computer system to track, gather information, and/or troubleshoot customer issues

Job Requirements for Customer Experience Agent:

  • At least 1 year of prior customer service experience
  • Must possess excellent computer skills
  • Quick learner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
