PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources and Office Assistant in Princeton, NJ! This is a front desk position with an administrative focus and increased HR responsibilities available!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, Office hours
  • Pay Rate: $15/hour
  • Temp to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Maintain the front desk, lobby area and conference rooms (including meeting scheduling)
  • Answer phone and direct calls, greet visitors and bring them to meet with contacts
  • Assist human resources (HR) with document filing and management, maintaining confidentiality
  • Assist accounting with electronic filing and light administrative work
  • Work within the ERP system to update and organize information

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Human Resources experience/exposure preferred
  • Extremely computer proficient, ERP experience a plus
  • Good math skills (to assist accounting dept.)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility to assist in a variety of administrative duties
