PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for Human Resource Benefits in Center City Philadelphia!


  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM
  • Pay Rate: $21.63
  • Temp/TTP/DH: TTP

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Manage HR Master Calendar and HR Director's Google calendar.
  • Manage Health Benefits of current employees
  • Manage employment records ensuring that files are in compliance and termed employee files are moved to external storage area per company procedure.
  • Manage temp staff files ensuring that all files are in compliance with the company's requirements.
  • Collaborate with temp agencies to place temps and update agencies on any changes related to compliance.
  • Update job descriptions.
  • Post internal job postings and assist HR Coordinator with various recruitment related tasks.
  • Process invoices from temp agencies weekly and correspond with agencies and supervisors regarding discrepancies.
  • Assist with processing new hire paperwork as needed.
  • Create Orientation packets, Policy and Procedure/Compliance/HIPAA Manual and update department forms as needed.
  • Responsible for ordering all supplies for the department.
  • Responsible for filing documents, copying employment records, sorting and distribution of mail for the department.
  • Answer telephones in an efficient, pleasant, and courteous manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Human Resource working with benefits experience required
  • MUST have experience with FMLA AND workers compensation
