PeopleShare is seeking an entry level HR Assistant in Robinson Township.

Job Details for HR Assistant:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate: $14-$15 based on experience
  • Contract to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for HR Assistant:

  • Review content of completed background checks and drug screens against background check procedures for discrepancies
  • Provide administrative support to pre-employment screenings process
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Human Resources team including but not limited to pull files, scan, copying and provide information and ad hoc reporting as requested.

Job Requirements for HR Assistant:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Office administration experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel and Word, is required
