Job Details for Call Center Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm - Moving to 11am-8pm after training period
  • Pay Rate: $13.50/hr
  • Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representative:

  • Handling inbound calls from consumers
  • Assisting customers with all questions and inquiries
  • Live documentation throughout calls
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Learning new software such as Chat
  • Daily administrative tasks as necessary

Job Requirements Call Center Representative:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Experience with Chat is a plus!
  • Extensive customer service background
