Job Description

As a HealthCare Customer Service Representative, you will be taking only in-bound calls , the only out-bound you'll make is if you have to return someone's call. There isn't any cold calling, which means that you will not be making sales calls. This is not a sales position. The primary goal of this position is to provide high quality Personalized Customer Experience and make them the number one priority when helping on a call. This also looks great on your resume! •Pay Rate: $13.50/hr + time and a half overtime ($20.25/hr) + performance incentives.
•Contract to Hire.
Respond to and resolve customer service inquires and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs.
•Help guide and educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of health care topics.
•Located in Allentown, PA
•Schedule: Employees will be assigned an 8 hour shift during normal business hours of (9am - 8pm)
