Job Description

PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for a Health Physics Technician in Royersford, PA!

  • Schedule: It could be nights for a couple of weeks, days for a while, sometimes technician hours will bridge two production shifts. Sometimes 8, sometimes 10 and when necessary, sometimes 12 hour shifts. Whatever is needed to provide radio-logical coverage for the productive operations. Six day work weeks are pretty common right now; so weekend work is definitely part of the equation.
  • Pay Rate: $18.00, $27 with over-time (anything over 40 hours a week)
  • Temp to hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Fix equipment, performing surveys and operating lab equipment to assess radio-logical conditions and recording results to verify regulatory and contractual requirements that apply to our facility.
  • Work with the machines to perform any related duties

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in this area would be preferable, but is not necessary; we can provide training to a qualified individual with the proper background.
