  • 7 AM-11 PM, Monday - Friday, Saturday hours also available
  • 13.50 per hour + Monthly Incentives and unlimited over time available

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Resolve customer inquires and issues by identifying the type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts and correspondence.
  • Educate customers about the fundamentals and benefits of health care topics related to managing their health and well-being by selecting the best options, maximizing the value of their health plan benefits
  • Successfully utilize multiple databases and resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issues
  • Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests

Job Requirements:

  • Active Resident Producers Health Insurance License in the state of PA (provided by employer)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • No criminal history (life time background check will be run)
  • At least one year of customer service related work experience
