Job Description

PeopleShare is hiring an On-Call Receptionist to work for a large corporation in Princeton, NJ! This individual will be working on an ongoing as needed basis to fill in for the current receptionist in his/her absence. Days where coverage is needed will be communicated in advance.

Schedule: 8:00AM-5:00PM (no weekends)
Pay rate: $18.00/hour
Position is on an as needed basis

Job Responsibilities for the Receptionist include:

  • Answer the phones and transfer calls
  • Respond to routine customer service questions
  • Greet visitors
  • Assist with administrative projects as needed
  • Navigate the computer system

Job Requirements for the Receptionist include:

  • Prior experience working in a corporate setting, preferably in a receptionist or administrative support role
  • Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
  • Computer proficient
  • Ability to work on an as needed/fill in basis
