Traveling Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Travel to offices located in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and New Jersey as needed
  • Input and maintain data for Legal Team
  • Operate Switchboard
  • Assist with copy room tasks
  • Run errands as needed

Traveling Administrative Assistant Job Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in administrative support
  • Proficient Microsoft Office 2010 skills required
  • Proficient typing skills
  • Must be detail oriented and organized
  • HS Diploma Required - Bachelor's degree preferred
