PeopleShare is recruiting for a Financial Aid Assistant for a well known college in the Philadelphia Area!

Job Details for Financial Assistant:

  • Immediate openings - temporary
  • Schedule: Flexible - 30 hours weekly
    • Summer Hours are available!
  • Pay Rate: $12 - 13 per hour
  • 30 hours, contract position!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Financial Aid Assistant:

  • Verifying information on the Institutional Student Information Report and compare with the information on the students' or parents' federal tax transcripts
  • Communicate with students and families via written, voice and electronic media to relay information about student's eligibility or to request further documentation for eligibility
  • Adhere to FERPA regulations as they pertain to maintaining the security and confidentiality of all student records

Candidate selected must have a positive attitude and flexibility!

Job Requirements for Financial Aid Assistant:

  • MS Word and Excel
  • Must have Banner Experience
  • Must work independently but also in a team environment
