Job Details for Extrusion Operator:

  • Schedule: (7pm-7am- 12 hour shifts, work 3 days one week/4 days the next week)
  • Pay Rate: $14.60 to start, then a pay increase to $16.35 after 45 days, then another pay increase to $18.44 after 90 days!
  • Temp to Perm

Job Responsibilities & Description for Extrusion Operator:

  • Start extruder without direct supervision
  • Set all machine running conditions using process cards, schedules, and past run sheets
  • Assessment of personal tools for any wearing or damage such as copper mesh, gloves, and green coats
  • Communicate with other shifts of any issues
  • Understand the resin mixing system
  • Barrel cleaning, die cleaning, screen pack changes, die re-assembly and setup
  • Sample for quality checks

Job Requirements for Extrusion Operator:

  • Manufacturing experience a must!
  • Meet all ISO Quality and Food Safety Requirements
  • Heavy Lifting required (up to 100lbs.)
  • A team player and someone who has demonstrated that they can adapt to change
