  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. OR 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
  • Pay Rate: $23-$27 an hour
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

Will be supporting the GM-HR-VP, coordinating travel using internal travel web site, processing expense reports, Creating documents and presentations, working with confidential data, needs to understand what that means and be professional, Various tasks as needed by departments
The primary function of the role is to provide assistance and support to the Vice President & General Manager. Various tasks listed below (not an all inclusive list)
o Schedule travel, develop itineraries
o Create and maintain master schedule
o Help prepare reports and power points
o Schedule meetings, type up meeting notes and distribute if necessary
o File documents
o Assist with preparation for various meetings such as Strategic planning meetings, Kick off meetings, Customer meetings, etc
o Completes expense reports in a timely manner
* Responsible for answering and screening of incoming calls to the site.
* Handles incoming mail; sorting and distributing to appropriate personnel. Assists with VP's and HR's outgoing mail and packages.

Computer skills: word, excel, data entry
