PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Administrative Assistant in Macungie!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Must be willing to work outside those hours as needed)
  • Pay Rate: $53,000-$58,000
  • Temporary to Permanent Position

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Report directly to the Vice President and assist as needed
  • Perform various errands as assigned
  • Maintain calendars for executives
  • Review documents with executives as needed
  • Set up travel arrangements and hotel accommodations

Job Requirements:

  • 4 year degree required
  • Must have experience working in a high level Executive Administrative Assistant role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel
