PeopleShare is seeking qualified candidates for an Executive Administrative Assistant opening in Ardmore, PA!


  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm
  • Pay Rate: $29 to $36/hr
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  • Heavy calendar management including travel arrangements and meeting scheduling.
  • Draft, revise, proofread and finalize correspondence, proposals, board reports, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
  • Understand Executive's needs and work to meet them. Example: having lunch/snacks ready or ordering food for meetings.
  • Track, report, reconcile and submit expense reports.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum ten (10) years' experience in an executive administrative role
  • Experience supporting high level executives and complex calendar management
  • Professional demeanor and presentation with pleasant personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational skills
