Job Responsibilities & Description for Entry Level Recruiters:

  • Source and find the top talent in the Harrisburg area using postings, social media, and resume data bases
  • Navigate our state-of-the art data base to match candidates with client requirements
  • Make a large volume of outbound phone calls with the intent of setting up interviews for the more senior recruiters

Job Requirements for Entry Level Recruiters:

  • Must have high-volume customer service experience and amazing people skills
  • You need to be comfortable on the phone as this is a outbound calling position
  • Stellar multitasking abilities with the ability to work with little direction - have to be a 'big picture' person
