Job Description

PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for a Health Insurance Representative in Horsham, PA!

  • Schedule: (30-40 hours/week) Monday-Friday during our normal business hours of (7 AM-11 PM) assigned schedule given at the time of hire.
  • Pay Rate: $13.50 per hr. ($20.25 for every hr of overtime)
  • Temporary to permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Help guide and educate customers about the basics and benefits of consumer-driven health care
  • Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquires and issues
  • Research complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Computer Savvy
  • Proficient in translating health-care-related terminology and complex processes into simple, step-by-step instructions
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation

Job Requirements:

  • Active Resident Producers Health Insurance License in the state of PA
  • If you do not have a health insurance license, PeopleShare will assist in obtaining one for the job
  • Must be a resident of Pennsylvania
