PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for multiple Entry Level Financial Word Processors (Data Entry) for a large Financial Institution in Malvern, PA!

  • Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (In the busy tax season, Jan-April, there would be required overtime up to 55+ hours
  • Pay Rate: $14-$15 PLUS Overtime Pay!
  • Contract To Possible Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Review and format financial statements that the Accounting team completed
  • Ensure that fonts are correct, tables are formatted, and the documents are edited before the are sent to clients
  • Quality check each part of the financial statements to ensure they meet the correct specifications
  • Enter data into the computer system

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
  • Excellent Typing Skills
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Great Computer skills
  • Previous experience in an office setting preferred
