PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an Entry Level Document Prep Associate!

Do you enjoy working in a fast paced environment? Do you possess a strong attention to detail? Then this position is for you!

In this role you will be the first step in processing client documents. This position is not a client facing role but does require an upbeat and pleasant demeanor.

Exceptional candidates will be proficient in documentation processing and data entry.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay Rate: $10.50/hour

Type of position: Contract

Job Responsibilities of the Documentation Prep Associate:

  • Open and review documents
  • Properly assign documents to the correct entity
  • Enter data

Job Requirements of the Documentation Prep Associate:

  • Must have experience in Microsoft Word, Outlook and data entry
  • Must be able to execute assigned tasks properly and efficiently
  • Self motivated and task oriented
