Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Scheduler:

The Customer Service Scheduler is responsible for contacting patients and collecting all information, including appointment scheduling, insurance verification as well as some additional responsibilities below:
* Answering patient inquiries via phone
* Obtaining necessary information for billing
* Collecting payments if necessary
* Providing professional and compassionate service to all

Job Requirements for Customer Service Scheduler:
* Bachelor's Degree
* MINIMUM of 1+ year of customer service experience
* Exceptional customer service phone skills - must have extraordinary phone presence and high energy
