Job Description

PeopleShare has immediate openings for Data Entry Specialists in Trevose, PA! The Data Entry Specialist will be required to scan document sources for data and accurately input this data into the company's computer system.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $13.00-$15.00 per hour, based on experience
  • Temporary to Hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Data Entry Specialist:

  • Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
  • Understanding and memorizing a large amount of document types
  • Increasing speed and accuracy on a regular basis
  • Indexing documents according to specific classifications
  • Routinely check for discrepancies within the system and follow company measure to resolve all conflicts
  • Work as part of a team in order to achieve a common goal

Job Requirements for Data Entry Specialist:

  • Excellent computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
  • Experience with Mortgage related documents is preferred
  • Customer service
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
