Job details for Customer Support Representative:

  • Schedule: M-F 8AM - 5PM
  • Pay Rate: $13 - $15
  • Contract to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Support Representative:

  • Acts as an inside liaison for potential retailers as the first point of contact, will disseminate information appropriately, and perform the research needed to service the customer's requests
  • Handle phone and email inquiries regarding availability of stock, ship dates, expected delivery and replenishment of defective materials
  • Establishes and maintains positive customer relations via phone and email by solving customer issues, complaints or errors and supporting the customer

Job Requirements for Customer Support Representative:

  • Proficient computer skills with Microsoft
  • Ability to satisfy very demanding customers in a tactful, respectful, and mature manner
  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively via email
  • Customer Service of National Account knowledge is preferred
