Job Details for Customer Support Agent:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 hour shifts between 9:00am-8:00pm (days/shift/hours) Overtime available!
  • Pay Rate: $13.50/hr
  • Contract to Hire
  • Location: Horsham, Pa

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Support Agent:

  • Receive inbound calls and act as the first point of contact for customers managing health plan benefits
  • Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards while providing excellent customer service
  • Educate the customers on products and services
  • Respond to and resolve on the first call, customer service inquirys and issues by identifying the topic and type of assistance the caller needs such as benefits, eligibility, and claims

Job Requirements for Customer Support Specialist:

  • High school diploma or GED Demonstrated
  • Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, identify current and identify the current and future needs of the member
  • Proficient problem solving and conflict management skills
  • All candidates will be subject to a background check and drug testing
