Details for Customer Service Representative:

  • Shifts vary between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM Monday to Saturday
  • Training schedule - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Pay Rate - $14.00

Description for the Customer Service role:

  • Receive 100 to 150 inbound calls a day
  • Data entry
  • Have the ability to resolve any customer issues
  • Have the ability to give excellent customer service!

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Have the ability to type 40 WPM
  • MUST have a minimum of 2 years' customer service experience.
