Job Duties

  • Contribute as a member of the Customer Service team by processing orders and responding to inquires in a professional and courteous manner
  • Write and distribute accurate, clear and concise email correspondence to external customers and internal clients;
  • Obtain and assess all relevant information to determine validity and causes of complaints for timely resolution;
  • Ensure proper follow-up of customer inquiries and investigations;
    Recommend improvements in processes, services and procedures to support the customer and business.

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS (I.e. education/years' experience/software/industry or position experience):
At least 2-3 years of previous customer service experience is required. High school diploma or the equivalent is also required; some college or post-secondary classes a plus.
Candidates must have strong written and oral communication skills.
