Details for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:45am to 5pm; 1 weekend day per week (off 2 days per week)
  • Pay Rate: $13.50/hour
  • Full-time position

Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Responsible for handling all customer service inquiries through multiple channels (i.e., phone, web, and/or face-to-face)
  • Responsible for effectively presenting and discussing our products and services, creating and maintaining positive relationships and for exceeding quality and productivity goals
  • Assist members with their questions about benefits, health/insurance coverage, co-pay, billing, etc. in regards to their medical information

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representatives:

  • Customer service or call center experience required
  • Enrollment experience is desired but not required
  • High school diploma or GED required
