  • Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. /occasional Saturdays
  • Pay Rate: $13.00
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Professionally answers & manages incoming calls and respond to customer's emails.
  • Ability to identify, manage and resolved customer's concerns and escalate when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, place customer's orders and up sell.
  • Performs outbound follow up calls.

Job Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:

  • Minimum of one year experience in a Call Center/Customer Service role.
  • Excellent Data Entry, verbal and written skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and system databases.
