Details for Customer Service Specialist:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; 7:30am-4:00pm
  • Starting Pay Rate: $15
  • Contract to Permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Specialist:

  • Complete accurate data entry and processing of all inbound and outbound transactions
  • Update customer inventory through online web portal
  • Effective generation and issuing of customer invoices
  • Answer field calls and emails professionally & timely
  • Build and maintain client relationships, providing exceptional customer service
  • Detailed filing of inbound and outbound shipments

Job Requirements for Customer Service Specialist:

  • Must have 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications; Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) is a PLUS
