PeopleShare is seeking a qualified Customer Service Representative for a distributor in Hamilton, NJ!

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday / 8:30am-5:30pm
  • Pay Rate: $13-13.50/hour
  • Temp to hire opportunity

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Respond to inquiries on products and services to current and potential customers
  • Open new customer accounts and update existing ones; ERP database management
  • Prepare product requests, gathering information from customers through online inquiries,
  • Suggest products and services that would fit the customer need; Prepare applicable sales quotes
  • File claims with transportation carriers
  • Other administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Previous customer service experience in a distribution environment
  • Experience working in an ERP system
  • Excellent communication, organizational, computer and phone skills
