  • Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
  • Pay Rate: up to $18

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • As a customer service representative you will be assisting customers in a construction type environment by taking their orders both over the phone and in person, taking sample orders and processing them for shipment, taking orders for product literature, and answering questions on the status of orders.
  • You will be answering phones and customer calls, communicating directly with the warehouse on the status of the orders, communicating directly with trucking companies making arrangements for delivery, and following up on orders for customers and providing answers.
  • MUST be a problem solver, high energy, ability to work in a construction product type industry, and not get aggravated when things don't go right. We are looking for someone who is not easily flustered.
  • MUST be able to ramp up quickly and work with all levels of customers from masons and contractors to business owners.
  • Some customers will be in the location placing orders face to face as well as picking up orders. Must have a great phone presence AND face to face.
