  • Schedule: Monday thru Friday
  • Pay Rate: $14-17 per hour
  • Contract-to-hire

Job Responsibilities: This employee will be responsible for providing great customer service regarding payments and outstanding accounts.

  • Reviewing and responding to billing-related correspondence
  • Providing service to patients and insurance carriers via phone and email
  • Sorting, prioritizing, and expediting payments
  • Accurately posting payments to patient accounts

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent
