  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $30k-45k/annually based on experience
  • Temporary to Permanent Hire or Direct Hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Rep:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Maintain accurate insurance records/details
  • Input information into internal computer system
  • Communicate effectively with other team members

Job Requirements for Customer Service Rep:

  • Advanced computer skills a must!
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working within a small insurance company preferred but not required
