This company is looking for candidates with past experience as a sales representative, retail sales associate, receptionist, waiter/waitress, server, or bartender.

Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm with rotating weekends
  • Pay Rate: $12.50/hour - $14.00 once brought on permanently
  • Temp-to-permanent

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative:

  • Work in a call center environment with members of a HVAC company to provide appropriate solutions and sell products that best fit the needs of the callers
  • Advocate for customers by being able to display empathy and relate to the situation at hand
  • Document call information according to standard operating procedures

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • 2+ years of customer service
  • Phone experience
  • Ability to plan and schedule
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite
