Job Details for Customer Service Representative:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:15AM-5:15PM
  • Pay Range: $14-15 per hour based on experience
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Customer Service Representative: As a Customer Service Representative you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls from customers, data entry as well as the duties listed below:

  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Updating customer accounts
  • Opening and closing accounts

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2-3 years in a customer service position (i.e. telemarketing, call center, data entry clerk, customer service representative will all be considered)
  • Ability to multi-task
