  • Schedule: 8hr shifts between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri
    • availability to work some Saturdays required
  • Pay Rate: $13.50 per hour, Unlimited overtime available
  • Contract-to-hire

Healthcare Representative Responsibilities & Description:

  • Provide excellent and professional customer service
  • Proficient in translating health-care related jargon into simple, step-by-step instructions customers can understand
  • Ability to identify the current and future needs of the member
  • Meet performance goals established for the position
  • Guide and educate customers on their needs such as benefits, eligibility and claims, financial spending accounts and correspondence.

Job Requirements:

  • 1 yr. experience in an office setting, call center setter or phone support role
  • High school diploma or GED
  • All new hires will be required to successfully complete the Customer Service training classes and demonstrate proficiency of the material
  • Ability to meet background requirements
  • Attend your regularly scheduled shift, with the flexibility to work overtime and/or Saturdays, as needed
