Customer Service Consultant Job Details:

  • Schedule: 5 days a week, Monday-Saturday; Shift hours vary between 8:00am-8:00pm.
  • Pay Rate: $15.00 hourly (with bonus potential); $14.00 hourly during training period
  • Contract to Hire

Customer Service Consultant Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Responsible for receiving inbound calls from prospective insurance clients to promote features and advantages of medical plans
  • Identify best cost plan and options for clients
  • Implement a follow up plan to help yield sales conversions and assist with other client's insurance needs

Customer Service Consultant Job Requirements:

  • Previous Customer Service/Sales Experience
  • High School/ GED
  • Great attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Must complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening
