Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Handling customer accounts by receiving inbound calls and emails about products, the company, or any issues with customer accounts.
  • Data entry required to process phone orders in a professional and friendly manner
  • Process credit card transactions and present accurate delivery dates to the customers over the phone

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative position:

  • Computer Knowledge
  • 1 year customer service experience
