PeopleShare has multiple openings for a Customer Care Representative position in Robinson Twp!

Customer Care Representative Details:

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (NO WEEKENDS!!)
  • Pay Rate: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour
  • Contract to Hire

Customer Care Representative Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Answer and handle telephone inquiries
  • Assist with scheduling physician appointments
  • Enter intakes and appointments in computer database
  • Perform various other reasonable duties as directed by management

Customer Care Representative Job Requirements:

  • Business school diploma or related experience
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Experienced in computer data entry
  • Occasionally be able to lift and/or move up to 25lbs.
