PeopleShare is looking for an Inside Sales Customer Service Representative in the Exton area for a well known company.

Basic Information for the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative:

  • Monday - Friday 7AM-4PM (but needs to be flexible based on business needs)
  • Up to $60K
  • Temp to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative:

  • In this role you will be assisting customers as they call in (inbound) and need to order parts. You will be checking inventory on the computer to verify stock is available.
  • Closely looking at and monitoring stock to ensure that there are no customer issues with orders.
  • Updating customers on their orders via phone & email
  • Will be processing orders via email
  • Creating customer invoices.

Job Requirements for the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative:

  • Go getter, wants to grow, more junior in career for career growth
  • Long term steady work history
  • Must present well in person
  • Articulate, customer focused
  • Ideally someone with 'inventory management' in a 'back counter role' in the automotive industry
  • Someone with customer care in automotive, truck, buses, parts experience would be IDEAL but open to all candidates: must be mechanically inclined
  • Must be PC Savvy
  • 3-5 year's experience in automotive parts retail
  • Medium/heavy duty truck parts experience highly preferred
  • Navistar dealership experience preferred
  • ADP/CDK experience a plus
  • Ability to work in team environment
  • Ability to address and resolve issues quickly
  • Able to operate in a high paced environment
  • Work effectively with others within a team setting
  • Ensure that the needs of both internal and external customer are met at all times
  • Must be outgoing and energetic
  • Strong customer phone skills and experience
  • Retail sales experience is a plus
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and nights as needed.
  • Valid clean driver license
