PeopleShare has an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional in Plymouth Meeting!

  • Schedule:8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
  • Pay Rate: $40-48k
  • Direct Hire

As a Client Services Associate, your primary responsibility will be to assist the firm Principals in all client support and administrative duties. In addition, the Client Services Associate's responsibilities include supporting business development presentations, client reports and projects, client correspondence, and company and industry research using internal databases and via web research.

Job Responsibilities & Description:

  • Handle phones, correspondence, mailers, and word processing of reports
  • Support client output (Position Evaluations, Resumes, Write-Ups, and Contracts) in coordination with Principal.
  • Maintain company website and all marketing materials
  • Act as an interface for clients and prospects in a professional manner
  • Diligently maintain and manage marketing campaigns and e-mail blasts
