Details of Claims Specialist role:

  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (room for flexibility)
  • Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
  • Contract to Hire

Job Responsibilities & Description of Claims Specialist role:

  • Identify trends and perform root cause analysis on unpaid and underpaid claims
  • Research, appeal, and resolve claim rejections, underpayments, and denials
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with clinical personnel, teammates, and insurance representatives

Job Requirements for Claims Specialist role:

  • Excellent attention to detail and well-organized
  • Knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
