Job Details for Call Center Representatives:

  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM for the first 5-6 weeks of training
    • Monday to Friday 12:00 PM- 9:00 PM after training period
  • Pay Rate: $11.50 per hour, raise to $12.50 after training and gradual increass up to $14.50
  • Direct hire

Job Responsibilities & Description for Call Center Representatives:

  • Provide superior, accurate and efficient customer service to all customers
  • Answer phones for up to 8 hours a day (up to 10 calls an hour)
  • Search and enter data in multiple computer systems while listening and speaking to customers

Job Requirements for Call Center Representatives:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Customer service mindset
  • Positive and upbeat phone personality
