PeopleShare has an immediate need for Building Maintenance Technician!

Hours: Day Shift
Pay rate: $20-$24 hourly (Based on experience)
Position: Temporary to PERMANENT HIRE

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Respond to maintenance work orders
  • Getting apartments ready for the next resident
  • Paint, Repair walls, plumbing, electrical etc
  • A lot of repairing of and patching walls
  • Maintaining existing environment
  • general maintenance - changing a doorknob
  • general labor
  • changing light bulbs/locks etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have both electrical and mechanical aptitude and experience
  • Building Maintenance Experience Required
  • Steady work history
  • Must be able to pass criminal background check & drug screen
  • Professional and able to communicate well with clients
