Job Details for Maintenance Technician:

Schedule: M-F 8:30am - 5pm
Pay Range: $14-$15/hr DOE
Permanent - Contract to hire!

Job Responsibilities & Description for Maintenance Technician:

  • Maintain and repair issues in an apartment complex for multiple buildings
  • Turn over units to the highest standards between residents
  • Perform all preventative and emergency maintenance to grounds and interior

Job Requirements for Maintenance Technician:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Maintenance or Trades related certificates are a plus!
  • One year of prior property maintenance is required
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work periodic flexible hours
